mono 63e0457886 fix: harden identity, live access, drafts and setup (review only) 
Source-reviewed hardening changes and regression tests. UNBUILT / UNTESTED: not a deployable release. Go formatting, compilation, automated regression tests, full frontend validation and staging acceptance remain required. See docs/hardening/VALIDATION.md. Main remains the original clean snapshot; no upstream Git history imported.

Modified-file notice

This independent hardening fork modifies the source snapshot from MonoVerseNS/agent-desk-ng revision b06954b0a495389cbb5194e0d388342eabe60636 on 2026-10-16. Upstream Apache-2.0 licensing and notices are retained. Changes are described in the hardening notes; their validation limits are listed separately.

Modified source files carry a change notice. JSON translation catalogs retain valid JSON and have accompanying .license notices. This list identifies the modified and added files; it does not assert that unexecuted tests have passed.
